THE FOUR SEASONS

Three actors bring to life a tale of wonder and amazement through the changing seasons of a lifetime - a journey through time, carried by the marvellous music of Antonio Vivaldi. Twelve musical movements accompany and colour the delicate story of a little girl who grows and changes, just as the world and nature around her transform, until she grows old. Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Two mysterious beings — friendly officiants, part angels and part puppeteers — watch over her with kindness as she explores the earth, the grass, the flowers, the animals, the rain, the summer heat, the song of birds, the autumn wind, the winter cold, joy, fear, play, and love… Everything changes, transforms, evolves. Everything becomes music, a story. On stage, as in life. A smile gathers all emotions together in the desire to begin again.
